Pick up your Peppermint Trail Rewards Card at any of the following businesses listed below. Make a purchase at one of the participating small businesses listed to receive a punch - Collect all 6 punches and drop off your completed card at one of the participating businesses or the Danville Business Alliance (DBA) office, 620 Mill Street, by 5pm on Friday, December 16, 2022, to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $1000 Grand Prize or a gift basket valued at $300. 

Complete the entry form by providing your name, address, email, and phone number. NOTE: ONLY FULLY COMPLETED FORMS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING. DBA is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, or incomplete entry of information or for lost, delayed, misdirected, or mutilated entries or mail. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY!

Starts on Small Business Saturday (11/26/2022) and ends on Friday, December 16, 2022. Drawing will be held at 3pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Santa's Cottage (corner of Mill and Lower Mulberry Streets). Do not need to be present to win, but an extra $100 will be added to the Grand Prize award if winner is present when name is drawn. If not present, winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. Winner will also be posted on our social media pages.

Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for Grand Prize. Any gift cards donated by participating businesses in Gift Basket Prize are not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning will be determined by number of entries submitted. More than one completed entry can be submitted by one person. By entering this contest, contestants agree to the use of their address, email, and phone by the Danville Business Alliance. By completing the Rewards Card, participants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Danville Business Alliance, which shall be final. Winner will assume and be responsible for payment of the required federal withholding tax, if any, and all other fees, and local, state, and federal taxes. Void where prohibited by law.
