Train Excursions

 The North Shore Line

Experience a scenic train excursion in vintage passenger cars along the Old Canal Route and the Susquehanna River. Grab your ticket and climb aboard to enjoy the history and beauty of our region.  A memorable ride the whole family will enjoy!

Two round trip excursions are available. Trains will run Saturday, September 7, 2024 and all rides depart from the Danville Middle School - 10:00 a.m. (towards Bloomsburg) and 1:00 p.m. (towards Northumberland). Each round trip is $15 per passenger and is non-refundable*. Lap children (ages 2 and under) are no charge. Act now, there are a limited number of tickets available! Purchase them HERE.

*Trains run snow, rain or shine. We reserve the right to substitute equipment or alter schedules as conditions may require, without notice to passengers. Capacity is limited to the equipment available. Trains depart on time, so you are encouraged to be aboard the train and seated in advance of scheduled departure time. We are offering a family oriented educational environment. Smoking is not permitted on the train. No alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants are permitted on the train or on railroad property at any time.
