ENTERTAINER INFORMATION

Application must be completed (see application below) and submitted no later than July 15, 2020 to considered for the Fall Arts & Crafts Festival.

Applicants will be notified via e-mail of their acceptance/denial no later than July 31, 2020.

A complete entertainment schedule will be determined by August 31, 2020.

You are responsible for any equipment you bring to the event.

No shows will not be considered for any future events.
